No experience is needed. All programs are designed to be welcoming, supportive, and accessible for beginners.

Each program is designed for a specific stage:
• The Story Path – children ages 8–12
• The First Moon Workshop – girls entering puberty
• Seasonal Workshops – adult women -
Some workshops may include a parent connection element or optional resources so families can continue supportive conversations at home.
